Farm Management Internship: Clark Cattle LLC
I have been interning at Clark Cattle LLC for two years. On the farm, I keep herd records, assist in vaccinations, maintain fencing, and help with feeding. This past summer I was able to assist in hay production by preparing the hay to be rolled. We utilize this hay for feeding our cattle as well as marketing it to other farmers

Agriculture Education Internship: North Hall Middle School
Over the past two years, I have been afforded the opportunity of working alongside a local agriculture teacher. My school does not have an agriculture program, so I was very excited when given the option of working with kids interested in agriculture. At North Hall, I have the ability to create and teach my own lesson plans, as well as working with the kids and their show animals. I was able to assist in the formation of North Hall's first beef cattle show team.

Veterinary Medicine Internship: Animal Medical Care
I did an internship at Animal Medical Care in 2018. While at AMC, I learned how to prep animals for surgery, perform and run fecal samples, prepare surgical packs, and clean surgery utensils. I was able to watch and assist in many surgeries that ranged from simple neuters to a cruciate repair!
